Upon receipt of an order, the buyer should examine the goods to determine if there is any damage, defect, or shortage. If you are not satisfied with anything you purchase from Times Brilliant Electronic Inc. we will gladly issue you a refund or an exchange upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Our customer service department must be contacted within five days of receipt of goods to file a return claim. In order to return goods, the buyer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service department. We must then receive the rejected goods within 5 days from the date of the RMA. Products returned for reasons other than those described above are also subject to a 25% restocking fee. Upon arrival and inspection of the RMA, Times Brilliant Electronic Inc. will issue a credit memo or refund based on account status. Refunds are issued on a net 1 basis; returns can not be sent COD. Shipping charges and bank charges may not be refundable.
